Mission

The mission of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee is to bring intention and a structured approach in driving greater diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the construction industry.

PILLARS

  • Create an inclusive community of mutual respect, encouragement, and support
  • Hold a safe space for sharing and peer-to-peer learning
  • Develop skills capacity through resources, programming, and connections
  • Advance and support disadvantaged business enterprises

PRIORITIES

  •  “Candid Convo” series
  • Program to support the success of minority and women-owned businesses
  • Program to support minority women in corporate organizations

COMMITTEE

  • Meets every month
  • Members should represent a mix of business owners and non-business owners
