Sponsorship Committee

The Sponsorship Committee works with the Board of Directors to implement a Sponsorship program in line with the overall Chapter’s strategic plan and goals. Committee members strategically recruit sponsors for yearly sponsorship and work to ensure that sponsors receive appropriate exposure commensurate with the value of the sponsorships.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee recruits new members and initiates outreach to specific sponsors for each event. The committee is also tasked with developing retention strategies for existing members to help ensure the long-term success of the chapter.

Programs Committee

The Programs Committee is responsible for planning and organizing mission-driven programming and events throughout the year. The committee will develop programming topics, secure speakers, and lead all other arrangements to ensure successful events and programming.

The Mentorship Committee is responsible for advancing women in construction, at all experience levels, by providing a platform for supportive relationships and curated learning experiences that foster personal / professional growth and development.

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee is responsible for supporting the success of minority women and disadvantaged business enterprises by creating an inclusive community of mutual respect and by developing skills capacity.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee is responsible for creating, distributing, and managing all Chapter communications including event marketing, website, and social media. The committee will also lead on-going development of communications to support branding and membership.
